Corel X4 does’t work in this Windows version”. When I tried to install Corel x6 on my fresh windows 10 it installed ok, but when I tried to run it, it said I had exceeded the number of computers I could install.

So I copied my Corel directory from my old windows 7 hard drive to my new windows 10, ran it again, and it works!
